Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300g cranberries
  • 5tbp sugar
  • 1 small pinch of salt
  • 1tbps gelatine powder
  • 30ml fruit juice
  • 50ml orange juice

Method

  1. Add cranberries to saucepan and add enough water to cover bottom of pan
  2. Cook on low until cranberries start releasing liquid
  3. Add sugar, gelatine, and salt
  4. Cook until paste
  5. Pass mixture through a sieve
  6. Thin out with orange juice
