Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 300g cranberries
- 5tbp sugar
- 1 small pinch of salt
- 1tbps gelatine powder
- 30ml fruit juice
- 50ml orange juice
Method
- Add cranberries to saucepan and add enough water to cover bottom of pan
- Cook on low until cranberries start releasing liquid
- Add sugar, gelatine, and salt
- Cook until paste
- Pass mixture through a sieve
- Thin out with orange juice
