Focaccia

Ingredients

  • 500g Pizza flour
  • 15g Salt
  • 5g Yeast
  • 420g water
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients until no dry patches of flour, cover and leave overnight
  2. Preheat oven to 250C (or maximum temperature)
  3. Transfer dough into generously oiled tray
  4. Cook for 16 minutes, rotating once
