Rainy Day Monkey
Ingredients
- 1 shot irish cream
- 1 shot creme de cacao
- 1 shot spiced rum
- 1 shot banana liqueur
- 50g salted caramel
- 1 shot double cream
- 3 shots milk
- 100g ice
Method
- Blend all ingredients except ice until caramel is mixed in
- Add ice and blend (or shake if preparing mix)
