Lacto Nectarines
Ingredients
- 430g Nectarines (weight is after they have been cut into chunks/strips)
- 8.6g Salt
Method
- Cut nectarines into halves
- Thoroughly mix with salt
- Place in vacuum bag and seal
- Leave for a few days (keep an eye on inflation of bag)
