Caramelised White Chocolate

Ingredients

• 300g 30% white chocolate

Method

1. Chop up chocolate, place in glass roasting dish
2. Cook in oven at 120C, stir every 10 minutes for 70 minutes
3. Leave to cool, then store in sealed container
